  1. Description of the service

    The purpose of the Parisnightlife.fr site is to offer visitors a free tool that will enable them to find a place to go out in Paris in the simplest way possible, thanks to a multi-criterion search engine and a detailed interactive map. The site also offers a list of outings with a classification by venue.

    All the information available on this site has been approved by the concerned establishments.
    However, while every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in Parisnightlife.fr, the publishers cannot accept responsibility for any errors it may contain.

  2. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

    Parisnightlife.fr retains the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without advance warning of any sort and without the visitors of the site being directly informed of the changes. Thus, visitors are encouraged to read the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis in order to be informed of amendments or additions that could have been made.

  3. Using this service

    In order to benefit from the entire range of services, it is necessary to be equipped with an internet connection.

    The entire content of the site is accessible at no cost and without any obligation whatsoever or need to sign in. Parisnightlife.fr does not require you to provide any personal information in order to access the site.
    A registration will be requested only in such cases where the user wishes to program an e-mail alert for a specific event. In that case, the user will have to enter a valid e-mail address. An automatic e-mail will be sent to him shortly after. The user will be asked to click on a link shown in the e-mail in order to activate the alert. This precaution is necessary to avoid or at least limit the registration of non-valid addresses as well as the usurpation of addresses.

    Declaration to the CNIL

    In conformity with law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relative to Privacy, the present site has been officially declared to the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertes, i.e. National Commission of the Computer Industry and Freedoms).

    Right of access and rectification

    The nominative information concerning the users of the site (e-mail addresses) will be managed automatically. In keeping with the CNIL law of 06/01/1978, users are granted a right to access, rectify or remove personal data that concerns them by sending an e-mail to contact@parisgnightlife.fr or by writing to the following address: CSCAD, 5 boulevard Poissonnière, 75002 Paris.

  4. Copyright and intellectual property
